Welcome to IAS 2025 group registration

IAS 2025, the 13th IAS Conference on HIV Science, will take place in Kigali, Rwanda, from 13 to 17 July 2025, with pre-conferences on 13 July.

Group registration is only applicable to registrations of five people or more. The company or organization requesting a group registration must nominate one group manager who will administer the group booking. It is the sole responsibility of the group manager to distribute all relevant conference information to the group members.

Important notes:
- You must complete all steps before submitting your group registration.
- Your group registration will not be confirmed until we have received your group registration and payment in full and we have received and approved all required supporting documents (if applicable).
- You can pay for your group registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) for amounts up to USD 10,000 or bank transfer for amounts over USD 10,000.

Sharing of contact details with conference sponsors

The contact details (full name, home address, participant type, email and healthcare professional status) of delegates who accept below to share their contact details will be shared periodically with the following conference sponsors, in countries which legislation might not ensure an adequate level of data protection:

The above mentioned conference sponsors may only use these contact details to contact delegates regarding activities at the conference or other communications which may be of interest.
